Month-to-month, leave anytime — and you keep everything you pay for.

1. What this policy covers

This Payments & Cancellation policy applies to everything you pay Emaration LLC ("Emaration," "we," "us") for: the audit/join fee, your membership, and any metered jobs you run. It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms and any engagement letter or agreement that applies to you. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. How payments and canceling work

Emaration is month-to-month. Cancel anytime — in a click or a quick email — and you won't be billed again. Leaving is always easy and immediate; you're in the driver's seat. Payments for the audit/join, membership, and metered jobs cover the access and work we've committed to and delivered, so they aren't returned — but everything you pay for is yours to keep. We're confident enough in the work to say that plainly: you pay, we deliver, and what we deliver is yours.

As of the last-updated date above, the published join price is $497 ($999 standard) for our first 25 Founding Clients, and the join fee includes the signed six-layer audit plus your first 30 days of membership. Custom or expanded scope is priced separately; once that work is committed to and delivered, it's covered the same way — yours to keep, and not returned.

3. What you receive and keep

Everything you pay for is delivered and yours to keep:

• The full signed six-layer audit deliverable — the written report, the dashboard, and the audio variant.
• The founder walkthrough — a live call to take you through the findings and the plan.
• Your first 30 days of membership — monitoring and access included from day one.

Once it's delivered, it's yours. You keep the deliverable and use it on your own terms, exactly as set out in our Terms.

4. If something's wrong: we'll make it right

If the audit, in your reasonable judgment, doesn't substantially address the six layers, or something else isn't right, tell us. Email human@emaration.ai and a real person will work the problem with you — clarifying, correcting, or re-delivering as needed so you get the value you paid for. We stand behind the work and we'll make it right.

5. Membership is month-to-month

Membership is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime to stop future charges — just email us or use your account settings, and we'll stop billing going forward. Canceling stops future billing right away; charges already made cover access and work we've committed to and delivered, so they aren't returned. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for, and everything you've paid for stays yours.

6. Card-network disputes and chargebacks

If you ever believe a charge is wrong, the fastest fix is to email human@emaration.ai first — we'll sort it out quickly. Card-network disputes and chargebacks are handled per your card network's and our payment processor's rules; we'll respond to any dispute with the relevant records. Note that initiating a chargeback does not change how these payments work — they still cover access and work we've committed to and delivered — and it may end your access to delivered materials per our Terms.

7. How to reach a human

For anything about your payment, membership, or deliverables, email human@emaration.ai. To help us help you fast, include:

• Your business name;
• The email used to purchase;
• Your audit delivery date (if applicable);
• A sentence on what you need.

We will confirm receipt within two (2) business days.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Payment & Refund Policy from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the date you paid, reflected by the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
