Two ways your money comes back to you.

1. What this policy covers

This Refund Policy applies to Emaration's audit (the "Audit") — the one-time AI marketing audit fee paid to Emaration LLC ("Emaration," "we," "us"). It is part of, and incorporated into, the Audit engagement letter and the Master Services Agreement, if applicable. Monthly retainer engagements have their own cancellation terms in your signed agreement and are not covered here.

2. The audit price

The Audit is offered for the standard scope described in the engagement letter and on our methodology page. As of the last-updated date above, the published join price is $497 ($999 standard) for our first 25 Founding Clients, and the join fee includes the signed Audit plus the first 30 days of membership. You pay it once, up front, to begin the Audit. Custom or expanded scope is priced separately and is not covered by this policy.

3. Auto-credit against your first retainer month

If you sign a Statement of Work for an ongoing retainer with Emaration within ninety (90) calendar days after we deliver your Audit, we credit the full $497 against your first invoice under that retainer. In plain terms: if you become a client, the audit was effectively free.

• You don't have to ask. The credit is applied automatically by Emaration.
• It applies once per client entity.
• It's a credit, not cash. The credit does not apply if the retainer is canceled before the first invoice is paid.

4. The no-questions-asked refund (30 days)

Within thirty (30) calendar days after we deliver your Audit, you may request a full refund of the $497 for any reason, including simple dissatisfaction. We will not require you to explain why.

• One refund per client entity.
• It closes the loop. The refund cancels any further obligations on either side related to the Audit. We are not required to continue the engagement or deliver further work.
• Feedback is welcome, not required. We'll ask for a sentence or two on what didn't land so we can improve — but you don't owe us one.

5. Refunds outside the 30-day window

After the 30-day window, refunds are at Emaration's discretion. Our intent is to be reasonable: if something on our side clearly fell short, we would rather refund than argue. Beyond that, no guarantee.

6. When we will not refund

We will not issue a refund where:

• Fraud or misrepresentation. You knowingly provided false information to obtain the Audit or the refund.
• Chargeback abuse. You initiate a payment-processor chargeback in addition to, or instead of, contacting us first. We reserve the right to dispute such chargebacks and to decline future engagements.
• Re-engagement attempt. You request a refund after already receiving the auto-credit on a retainer invoice, or after using the Audit deliverables in a way materially inconsistent with a good-faith refund request.

7. How to request a refund

Email human@emaration.ai with the subject line "Audit refund request." Include:

• Your business name;
• The email used to purchase;
• Your Audit delivery date;
• (Optional) a sentence on what didn't work.

We will confirm receipt within two (2) business days.

8. Timeline

We issue approved refunds within ten (10) business days of confirming your request. Refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Bank or card-network processing time is additional and outside our control.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy for future Audits. Changes do not retroactively reduce refund rights for an Audit already paid for. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the date you paid your audit fee, reflected by the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
